Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Hotel Co 51. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

We are on the lookout for a commercially savvy and driven leader to join our team at Moxy Brussels City Center. As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will take the reins of two exciting F&B outlets: Moxy Brussels and The Fifty-one. You will collaborate closely with our talented Head Chef and the Assistant Captain (Assistant Hotel Manager), and report directly to the Captain (Hotel Manager).
Your Role:
As the F&B Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our food and beverage operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire your team, ensuring seamless workflows, routines, and procedures are in place, while maintaining a strong focus on exceptional guest service and staff satisfaction.
Innovation: Develop and enhance our restaurant and bar offerings, always on the lookout for new opportunities to surprise and delight our guests.
Operational Excellence: While you will be the Head of the Department, this is a hands-on role where you will actively participate in daily operations, working side-by-side with your team to deliver outstanding experiences.
Guest Experience: Drive initiatives to continually improve guest satisfaction and service quality.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with food and beverage laws and regulations.
Menu Development: Collaborate closely with our Head Chef to craft a menu that excites and delights.
Planning and Organization: Oversee the planning, organization, and smooth operation of the F&B department.
Staff Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, focused on staff training, development, and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager.
Fluent in English and French; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
Strong financial acumen and a knack for maximizing profitability.
