DESCRIPTION
-
Type: Full-time internship
-
Salary: €1040.40/month
-
Location: Brussels, Belgium

Document Management: Organise and manage documents related to internal networks so as to ensure accessibility and timely updates.
-
Administrative Support: Assist the team with administrative processes and the creation of documents.
-
Logistical Support: assist Finance Admin Mentoring officer on logistics for events, drafting documents for gathering inputs and collecting feedback.

External Partner Coordination: Provide administrative support for tasks related to external implementing partners.

Financial Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Collaboration: Working closely with the Finance Administration Manager and the Finance and HR Officer.

Budgeting and Reporting: Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports and audits.

Develop How-to Guidelines: Support the FAHRM team in communicating processes, budget updates, and donor requirements.

Input into the FAHRM Workplan: Join fortnightly meetings to discuss and plan key FAHRM activities and feed into our future workplan.
