Your Responsibilities of a Project Accounting Specialist within the European Chips Act context:

Grant Management & Compliance:

• Ensure that all financial reporting meets the EU's stringent requirements for public funding under the Chips Act.
• Manage compliance with grants and funding allocations from EU bodies, ensuring that projects use resources according to the funding agencies Rules.

• Prepare financial statements, variance reports, and other documents necessary for project monitoring.
• Report financial performance to stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and other EU bodies associated with the Chips Act.

• Assist in audits of financial accounts and project finances by preparing necessary documentation.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in the financial management of semiconductor projects.

You will be working closely with the Project Managers, finance European Chips Act Coordinator, responsible within Group Accounting and Business Controlling

Who you are

• You hold a finance Degree.
• In this role, knowledge of EU regulations and financial compliance is critical.
• Experience in handling large-scale technical projects and expertise in managing public funds and grants would also be beneficial.
• Attention to detail is critical and you work pro-actively
• You are communicative and always find ways to seek information. Your communication skills support you in creating and maintaining excellent relationships with internal (like colleagues) and external (like project leaders) stakeholders.
