Global Demand Planner

- Our Soda Ash Global Sales and Operations Planning Team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in charge to drive all Supply Chain Planning activities (Demand, Distribution, Production) for the Soda Ash Business Unit in collaboration with all functions of the GBU Sales, Industrial, Finance, Procurement and others.
- As a Global Demand Planner, you will prepare the most accurate sales forecast for business reporting and Production/Distribution planning and manage, coordinate and ensure the reliability of the Demand Planning process.

You will be accountable for:
- Organize Demand Planning periodic activities
- Create statistical forecasts
- Lead Demand Reviews
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to Demand Planning process including KPIs
- Dyna Sys key-user for Demand planning
- Be the main point of contact about Demand Planning in GBU for the scope of function
- Contribute to Quality systems updates and audits
- Document the process and functional specifications of Dyna Sys
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in supply chain or demand planning. .
- Relevant work experience in demand planning or supply chain.

- Mastery of information systems (Dyna Sys, SAP, BW, MS Office…)
- Fluent usual and technical English
- Knowledge of Demand forecasting method and process
- Knowledge and understanding of technical and organizational constraints

- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Belgium base pay reasonably expected for this role is 80 000€ to 85 000€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
