What will your job look like?
Join our leading global battery supplies company as a Global Supply Chain Team Lead. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to join our team and lead our efforts toward operational excellence. In addition to directing the team, you will also be assigned on an operational basis to assist the team with key suppliers.
Your responsibilities include:

• Lead, mentor and develop the global supply chain team to meet key performance metrics.
• Set goals, manage team performance and foster a positive work environment. Support team growth by identifying training needs and developing opportunities.
• You step in when supply chain disturbances occur to minimize the impact for the customer. You find solutions for shortages.
• You will collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements to optimize supply chain operations. Monitor and report on KPI’s, such as lead time and inventory.

Are you the right person?

• You have solid experience in leading global (Supply Chain) teams which enables you to solve problems and make decisions in a challenging and ever-changing environment. You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German are a plus.
• You have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, including demand planning and logistics. You are a true Excel wizard.
• You will build a close working relationship because of your excellent communication skills with all involved team members (worldwide).
