The Energy Business division plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of electric vehicles (EVs) within TME markets. Our mission involves defining, developing, and deploying innovative energy products and services. By doing so, we facilitate the adoption and use of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV).
One of our key initiatives is the “Home Charge” program. Through this program, Toyota and Lexus owners can conveniently charge their BEV or PHEV cars at home using a specially installed charger integrated into the My Toyota / Lexus Link+ mobile application. This enhances the overall customer experience of charging electrified vehicles.
Your responsibilities
Organize and own the business planning process and product management activities for Toyota & Lexus Home Charge. This includes:
- Develop the strategy & business plan including alignment with the stakeholders (NMSCs (National Marketing & Sales Companies), Purchasing, Sales, Development technical leads, Vehicle Divisions, Installation Companies, TMC & TPCE (Toyota Parts Centre Europe) including roll out & execution.

Coordinate & maintain the Go-To-Market roll-out plan including:
- The launch preparation of new products/features involving Toyota & Lexus Marketing and Communications teams.
- Maintain the assets & info-packs for the NMSCs & End-Customers.
- Present in internal promotional events towards TME stakeholders & NMSCs.
- Market analysis of Home Charging solutions in the market.
- Sales analysis & profit analysis per Country and/or NMSC.
- Customer First Focus, highly motivated and strong perseverance
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- Interest in Automotive & Energy industry, market research and product marketing
- Analytical skills (business case analysis, data analysis)
- Flexible team player, Hands-on mentality, take ownership
- Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel
- Communication and Commercial skills
- Presentation skills
