We are currently looking for an Incident Manager to join our team.

Location: Remote, Belgium.

Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;
• Min. 3 years of experience as an Incident Manager (ICT infrastructure/services and operational environment);
• Solid knowledge of IT services and infrastructure;
• Experience writing clear documentation suitable for technical and business stakeholders;
• Experience collecting relevant data and gathering evidence;
• Experience in efficient problem management and continuous service improvement;
• Strong knowledge of ITIL;
• Strong end-to-end ownership;
• Good networking skills;
• Flexibility and Proactivity;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch (spoken and written).
