To strengthen our team in Waregem in Belgium, we are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor for Romania.

Your role and responsibilities

• You advice and support our customers in Romania.
  
• You process customer inquiries, make price offers and you process orders.
  
• You assist customers in case of complaints or returns.
  
• You are the point of contact for the field service colleagues.
  
• You collect market information to optimally position TVH products on the local market and you participate in the implementation of agreed strategies and goals.
  

How to succeed / Your profile

• You have at least a first experience in a customer service or internal sales position.
  
• You are customer oriented and service minded.
  
• You have a good knowledge of MS office.
  
• You have a fluent knowledge of Romanian and a good knowledge of English or Dutch.
  
• You are able to work in an independent and structured way.
