En tant que commercial interne, vous êtes le lien commercial et administratif entre le client et Otis. Après une période d'intégration approfondie au cours de laquelle vous apprendrez à bien connaître l'organisation, voici vos principales tâches :

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les superviseurs et les techniciens qui couvrent la région de Bruxelles. Par leur intermédiaire, vous recevrez des propositions de commandes de réparation de la part de clients (potentiels) avec lesquels vous travaillerez ensuite.

- Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble du cycle de vente de ces commandes de réparation : c'est-à-dire que vous établissez des offres sur la base des besoins des clients, vous les suivez minutieusement et vous les convertissez finalement en un bon de commande signé. Pour ce faire, vous avez des contacts directs par téléphone et/ou par écrit avec des clients (potentiels), principalement des syndics.

Vous avez vos propres objectifs de vente
Vous rapportez au Regional Manager.
Vous travaillez depuis notre bureau de Grand-Bigard.

Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur (type Bachelor) et/ou pouvez (idéalement) vous prévaloir d'une expérience technico-commerciale pertinente.
Votre attitude commerciale, votre orientation client et votre précision sont vos meilleurs atouts.
Vous aimez travailler en équipe et êtes convaincu qu'ensemble, vous obtiendrez les meilleurs résultats.
Vous êtes un excellent communicateur en néerlandais et en français.
Travailler de manière indépendante n'est pas un problème.

Als interne verkoopmedewerker ben je de commerciële en administratieve schakel tussen klant en Otis. Na een grondige inwerkperiode waarbij je de organisatie goed leert kennen, zijn dit jouw voornaamste taken:

Je werkt nauw samen met de supervisors en de technici die zich buigen over de regio Brussel. Via hen ontvang je leads voor reparatie opdrachten van (potentiële) klanten waarmee je verder aan de slag gaat.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige verkoopcyclus van deze reparatie opdrachten: dat wil zeggen dat je offertes opstelt op basis van de klantenbehoeften, deze nauwgezet opvolgt en uiteindelijk ook omzet in een getekende bestelbon. Je hebt hiervoor rechtstreeks telefonisch en/of schriftelijk contact met (potentiële) klanten – voornamelijk syndici.
Je hebt jouw eigen verkooptargets
Je rapporteert aan de Regional Manager.
Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor te Groot-Bijgaarden.

Is dit dé job voor jou?

Je beschikt over een hoger diploma (type Bachelor) en/of je kan (idealiter) terugblikken op een relevante technisch- commerciële ervaring.
Jouw commerciële ingesteldheid, klantgerichtheid en nauwkeurigheid zijn jouw grootste troeven.
Je houdt ervan om te werken in een team en bent ervan overtuigd dat je samen de beste resultaten behaalt.
Je bent een uitstekende communicator in het Nederlands en Frans .
Zelfstandig werken vormt geen probleem.
