Their network comprises approximately 45,000 highly skilled professionals distributed across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria. This extensive network empowers us to consistently deliver exceptional talent to our clients for their pioneering projects. In the year 2023, our client initiated the international hub, bringing together recruiters from Italy, Finland, Germany, Spain, and more, where you can authentically be yourself. Are you still strapped in tight? Okay let’s go , because your daily escapade as an International Recruitment Consultant will look something like this:

08:30 Grab a coffee and tackle the mailbox chaos.
09:30 Take a look at the requests and submit them like a boss.
11:00 CV screening & intake with a candidate.
12:00 Lunch and a walk with your colleagues in crime.
12:45 Attend an interview with candidate and client.
14:00 Embark on a sourcing quest on Linked In and other jobsites.
15:00 Call (active and new) consultants – make those calls count.
