Overview: What will you be doing?:

• Conduct desk research on voluntary ESG standards (such as EFRAG) and best practice reports.
• Develop and refine the blueprint/example report in collaboration with the ESG Competence Center and other BDO ESG advisors, incorporating their input and feedback (through interviews).
• Receive continuous support and guidance from the ESG Competence Center, working in an inclusive, dynamic and fun team

• If you were to describe yourself, one of the first terms to come to mind would be “flexible”. Juggling multiple deadlines or dealing with several different files on the same day? A piece of cake for you.
• You are happy to take the initiative and present new ideas, but also receptive to your colleagues’ point of view. You make sure to keep them informed of a project’s progress; team spirit is the way to go for you.
• Your work is analytical and meticulous. You are capable of objectively and critically assessing your own and others’ work.
• Stress? What’s that? You are good at setting priorities and handle deadlines well.Delivering work on time is not a problem for you.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• You will graduate with a Master’s degree in 2025 and have strong interested in ESG/DE&I.
• You have no problem with coming to our Zaventem office once a week (Wednesday) for the ESG team meetings.
