Role: Senior IT Project Manager with SAP Experience
Location: Brussels
Type: on-site in Brussels for the first 3-6 months, then hybrid 2x per quarter onsite
Languages: fluency English

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with experience in SAP to lead the IT stream of a high-impact project covering the complete demand-to-supply planning process.
In this role, you will work closely with the Business Project Manager and Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring seamless integration between IT and business functions.
Your leadership will be critical to managing the IT-related activities across all project streams, supervising system configurations, and aligning with the target architecture landscape.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with strong SAP knowledge.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT projects and ensuring successful delivery.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex system configurations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in risk management, quality assurance, and financial reporting.
• Fluent in English (C1 mínimum)
• Candidates must already reside in the European Union and possess an EU Passport/ Work Permit in a European Union country

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, specifying timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with the Business Project Manager and PMO to ensure alignment between IT and business activities

Supervision:

• Oversee program activities, guaranteeing appropriate IT function involvement across all streams.
• Coordinate end-to-end (E2E) testing and cross-functional project tasks to ensure smooth execution.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and smooth information flow.

Risk Management:

• Identify and address potential project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to plans, proactively addressing issues.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage the IT stream’s budget, including timesheet approval, invoice review, and month-end reporting.
• Anticipate resource needs, allocating appropriately to meet project demands.

Documentation and Report:
Drive the IT stream from blueprint through delivery, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and on time.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design, requirements, and testing documents.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
