We are hiring a Java Developer for European Commission in Brussels and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities

• The tasks are related to the conception, development and maintenance of the CAP Information Systems and are in accordance with the Knowledge and skills for the requested profile.
• The Contractor's service provider will execute the contract under the official Project Management Methodology of the European Commission (“PM²”) and the Agile@EC software development methodology in order to monitor the deliverables.
• The Contractor will make provision in order that the service provider does not consider the implementation of that monitoring as direct orders given by the European Commission.

Successful Candidate LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor degree of 3 years.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• At least 6 years of experience with Java (min. competence level 5);

• At least 2 years of experience with each of the following technologies: HTML, CSS, Java Script (min. competence level 5);

• At least 2 years of experience with Angular (version 2 or later) (min. competence level 2);

• At least 5 years of experience with each of the following technologies: Spring, JPA (or Hibernate), SQL (min. competence level 5).
