What is your mission?

As a member of our Back Office Team, you devise and develop quotations for sustainable daylight and ventilation solutions. You are responsible for your projects and provide technical advice.

You select suitable products from the VELUX range and create tailor-made solutions. You report to the Back Office Manager in Belgium and work from our office in Westerlo.

Your challenging responsibilities include:
Providing customers with expert advice: You are the expert who helps customers make the best choices for installing or replacing skylights.
Guiding to the perfect VELUX solutions: You effortlessly guide our customers to the most suitable technical solutions for their specific projects.
Directing the entire installation process: From coordinating installers to managing hiccups, you keep everything under tight control.
Coordinating and delegating within the team: You work closely with your colleagues and ensure that tasks are distributed and carried out efficiently.
Monitoring progress: You keep your finger on the pulse and ensure constant communication with our customers, so that everything goes according to plan.

In addition, we expect you to:
Has a bachelor's degree in business management or work experience equivalent to this type of diploma
You speak Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of the English language, command of the German language is a plus
Are enterprising and proactive
Are service and solution oriented
