Junior Deal & Valuation Consultant Ghent (start september 2025)

Our Deal & Valuation department is mainly active in Transaction Services (buy-side and sell-side Due Diligence investigations), Valuation of companies and M&A mandates. The last couple of years, we have seen a strong growth in Corporate Finance and we are therefore hiring junior consultants for our office Ghent.

- Analysis of the Target’s financial statements in the context of due diligence, valuation or Info Memo preparation
- Preparation of Q&A for Target’s management
- Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor’s mandate
- Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum
- Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum
- University background in finance or business economics
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French
- Advanced working knowledge of English
- Strong understanding of Excel and how it can be applied to corporate finance
- Good knowledge Power Point is essential for drawing up reports.
- Prior traineeship experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar environment is a strong asset
- Analytic mindset triggered to understand complex problems
- Can do and result driven attitude
- Team player and self-starter
- Eager to learn
