Management Assistant

We are looking for an all-round multilingual Management Assistant to join our firm.
Your tasks will primarily consist of:
- Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of invoicing.
- Assisting in the onboarding of new clients and opening of matters.
- Following up on Know Your Client (KYC) identification.
You will also be responsible of:
- Following up on Bar points.
- Document archiving, keeping the database up to date and printing.
- General other administrative support (preparing Power Point presentations, travel arrangements, tracking timesheets, …).
- Efficiently managing agendas, including scheduling appointments with clients, colleagues, and recruitment interviews.
- Serving as a backup to other administrative assistants when required.
Your profile:
- You have a perfect knowledge of French combined with a good command of English and Dutch.
- You hold a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree or you can present equivalent work experience.
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) has no secrets for you.
- You are proactive, customer-focused and service-minded.
- You have an affinity with financial and billing systems, and you enjoy working with numbers.
- You are very well structured, you have excellent organization skills and you can set priorities.
- You are known for your accuracy, precision, and completeness.
- You enjoy working in a team.
