This role is aimed at reporting on data from different sources of the business to contribute to the overall success of the region.
You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small but dynamic and multitask team.
- Participate in monitoring the business on the local market (Benelux, Nordics, Poland)
- Extract and integrate large amounts of relevant business data from various sources and data-analysis systems to update weekly, monthly, yearly reporting tools
- Create presentations and supporting documents to summarize key analyses for stakeholders
- Provide regular feedback to HQ on products, customer behavior, competitors, etc.
- Analysis and follow-up of new product launches (qualitative and quantitative)
- Monitoring of stock levels on key bestsellers and seasonal launches
- Adapt tools (modelario, lookbook, ) to local needs for trainings, carvans, etc.
- Participate in the creation and animation of trainings to stores and monthly calls
- Follow the competition on a regular basis
- Support the Merchandising team in preparation, coordination or consolidation of any ad hoc reports, projects, events or initiatives
- Provide support for any ad-hoc merchandising related operational duties
- Convention from a university of minimum 6 months
- Strong command of English. Knowledge of another local language (ie Dutch, French, Nordics) is an advantage
- Advanced Excel and MSOffice skills;
- Some experience in the same field is preferred;
- Knowledge of the main players in the related business and strong fashion passion;
- Analytical and logical skills (experience in data analysis is a plus);
- Product oriented and ability to understand current market trends;
- Attention to detail;
- Self-motivated, able to analyse and summarise, able to make suggestions ;
- Ability to both communicate and negotiate effectively;
- Reliability, dedication and passion.
- Start Date: Internship starting in July 2024 for 6 to 12 months.
- Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux & Nordics Head Office (Brussels, Belgium).
- Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities.
