And while we take care of our clients’ events down to the smallest detail, we need someone who can do the same for our daily operations. That’s why we are looking for a part-time office manager (50%) to join us at our lovely office on the Steenkaai in Bruges.


Your role as office manager

You will support our dream designers, helping them bring their visions to life. Acting as the crucial link between the team and the 62MILES finance department, you will manage the many purchases that come with an event and ensure that our finance colleagues have a clear overview. In addition, you’ll be responsible for ordering materials and keeping our event supply warehouse organised.
You will also keep a handle on administrative tasks and create a warm, welcoming office environment by:
  • answering phones and greeting clients and other visitors,
  • processing mail,
  • ensuring our office remains clean and tidy,
  • managing facilities to keep everything running smoothly, for instance by coordinating with cleaning staff and maintenance services,
  • ordering sandwiches, fruit, coffee, and office supplies.
Finally, you’ll help cultivate team spirit by:
  • organising company parties,
  • making sure that birthdays, newborns, and other special occasions do not go unnoticed,
  • organising trips for clients,
  • welcoming new team members, introducing them to meetmarcel’s way of working, and ensuring they have everything they need for a smooth start, including a laptop, subscriptions, and an inviting workspace.
You will report to team meetmarcel for your daily responsibilities, but you’ll also be part of the wider office management team at 62MILES. Together, you will align and refine our office management practices.
