We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office manager and assistant internship to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative support, office management, and various business operations. The intern will provide support to the current Office Manager & Executive Team Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our Office and provide tailored assistance to the executive team.
Key Accountabilities:

• Participate in organizing and scheduling meetings and events
• Assist in ordering office supplies and researching new suppliers.
• Assist with booking travel arrangements
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Assist the actual Office manager & executive team assistant in the day-to-day tasks
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Graduate/university program in Belgium (mandatory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• English is a must
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and organized
