We are looking for an Operational Documents & Procedures Specialist' (M/F/X)” to reinforce our team in Belgium working from Antwerp International Airport. If you think you can make a difference by joining our team, we will be happy to have you on board!
As full time Operational Documents & Procedures specialist you will assist the Flight Operations Manager in keeping oversight of our Flight Operations Department and perform any task related to that oversight.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with the further automatization (digitalization) of certain tasks and overall simplification of relevant procedures wherever possible, working with relevant IT and software suppliers such as Skylegs, Power BI, Webmanuals etc.
• Proactively analyze data with an eye to improve business performance
• Create reports based on data mining, analysis and visualization
• Follow up on legal requirements, publications and air law, collecting data and material for updates, to advise heads of departments accordingly;
• Editing, publishing and physically distributing following manuals:
  • Operations manuals Part A, B and C under supervision and direction of the Flight Operations Manager;
  • Training Manual Part D under supervision and direction of the Training Manager;
  • MELs under supervision and direction of the Flight Operations Manager;
• Point of contact with authors of other manuals such as SEP Manual, GOM etc. to coordinate contents with Operating Manuals.
• To determine the usability of destinations and writing airport qualification briefings for airport and route familiarization
