Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience);
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification (higher-level ITIL certifications are a plus);
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in change management and problem management.

Desirable:

• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT;
• Some knowledge of the other NATO languages.

Duties/role:

• Providing support for the NDWDC Service Delivery Manager, ensuring the efficient daily operation;
• Preparing/composing correspondence, documents, statistical information and presentations, using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and graphics applications as appropriate;
• Performing basic analyses, and compile reports and briefings as directed by management.
