What will you be doing?
That partially depends on your interests and the projects. One thing is for sure, you’ll be in the driver's seat for analyzing and optimizing the European Supply Chain of one of the biggest actors in the steel industry. All while finding out your IT thing and growing your career in it !
You’ll be getting the opportunity to discover three distinct roles throughout the traineeship: the role of a developer, a functional analyst and a project manager.
As a developer, you’ll dive into the code and get to tinker with the IT products of the future. As a functional analyst, you’ll build a bridge between business needs and IT solutions. And as a project manager, you’ll get to be in the driver seat and make sure that the ever-changing world of steel production is supported by the best possible solutions.

How special are you?

• You have a master and max 3 year work experience. Any master actually. And no more than 3 years of work experience in any field

• You are analytical and have a feel for IT (through education, work or hobbies). And for buzzwords that relate to tech, data and digital. Knowledge of 1 coding language is required.

• You say “ja” and “yes” fluently. Dutch and English (level C1) have no secrets.

• You are incurably curious. You want to know everything about as many things as possible. And if you don’t know it, you want to learn it.
