Your talents: Is it you we’re looking for?
Curious, driven, and ready to make AI or data practical? We’re looking for someone who wants to bring AI to life in a real-world setting. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data, computer science, AI or equivalent.
  
• A growth mindset: Yes, we start with this one. Because you can’t know everything already. Curiosity and willingness to learn is what matters most.
  
• A solid foundation in data, AI, computer science, or research and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL …
  
• Advanced knowledge of Python and a solid understanding of statistics is a must, and if you know your way around machine learning, generative AI, Computer vision, robotics, or data analysis, that’s a plus.
  

• Multilingualism: We’re looking for candidates who are fluent in either Dutch or French and have an A2 level in the other with a willingness to improve. Why? Because communicating with your colleagues will be key for your challenges. The Ormit Talent training sessions are in English.
  

• An empathic inspirator and problem solver: You need to be cool with working solo when needed, but also thrive in collabs across departments. You don’t just have technical skills, but can also connect with others and inspire them to embrace AI and data.
