Grow your leadership skills while discovering agile management in this 24-months traineeship in collaboration with BNP Paribas Fortis . The end goal? Becoming a scrum master. A person who facilitates the work performed by the agile team. A great combo of people and agile management. A job you normally need years of experience for and now it is only 24 months away.

  • Fast track to become a Scrum Master. 24 months. 3 different roles. So, you learn everything there is to know to become a scrum master. From being a member of an agile squad team to change management to being the side kick of an experienced scrum master.
  • Become an expert in agile methodology. At BNP Paribas Fortis, they use the agile methodology, just like they do at Spotify. A new way to manage projects with its own glossary: scrums, sprints, backlogs… You'll learn everything about it.
  • Grow your leadership skills. You'll benefit from more than 20 days of trainings and a personal coach from Ormit Talent. Your best shot at getting to know yourself and growing faster into your role as mentor and coach of your team.
  • Drive change in the “bank for a changing world”. Spread the agile vibe and drive change within the bank. Contribute to meaningful projects that affect millions of customers. Other scrum masters worked on the bank applications, shared ATM systems with other banks, going paperless, launching new investment products, making sure the bank is compliant with safeguarding customers privacy,….


What will you be doing?
As a scrum master, you are a part of a multidisciplinary team. Full of experts in their own field. You and the product owner make sure that the team develops and runs qualitative (IT) applications. To serve the bank’s millions of customers.

A scrum master leads the team to its success ! From people management to risk management, to priority management… One job that hides many others.



In just two years we’ll teach you everything to become a real scrum master. Thanks to different roles and missions within the IT department of the bank, the leadership and agile trainings and our personal coaching.

How special are you?
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree: In any field actually. As long as you have an affinity to work in a business environment. With maximum 3 years' work experience.
  • You say ja or oui fluently and yes too. You are fluent in English and in French or Dutch.
  • You are curious about IT : You show interest for IT and other technical things.
  • You want to know everything about the agile methodology: You have read or heard about it and you're eager to become an expert in this field.
