Antica pizzeria da michele is looking for a Chef to join our team.-Responsibilities-Train and supervise kitchen staff in the production of high quality food.
-Design and implement daily menus.
-Establish and maintain a working schedule of prep work and service.
-Oversee the sanitation and safety of the kitchen area.
-Ensure that all food and products are properly stored and shipped at all times.
-Oversee inventory control procedures.
-Ensure that all food items are labeled properly.
-Ensure that all food items are stored properly at all times.
-Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience & Skills: 1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant required.
Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus.
Strong leadership, political, and communication skills required.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, appliances, and cooking methods is preferred but not required.
