Are you passionate about payroll and HR? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Payroll Officer to join our Belgian HR team! In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with an external payroll provider and handle the full spectrum of payroll responsibilities—from pre- to post-processing tasks.

What’s the job about:

• Process Payroll: Accurately prepare and process employee payroll on a timely basis, including salaries, holiday pay and end-of-year bonuses (PC 301.01, PC 140.035 and PC 226).
• Records Management: Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee time reports, wage adjustments, and payroll-related documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure payroll processes comply with legal regulations and company policies, staying up to date with changes in tax and labour laws.
• Reporting: Generate payroll reports for management, providing insights on salary trends, overtime, taxes, and other financial data.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve employee payroll queries, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance departments on payroll-related issues, benefits, and employee data updates. Act as the back-up for fleet management.
