Pharma CRM & Omnichannel Engagement consultant (Belgium based)

Have you worked with or for a life sciences company? Have you been actively involved in the digital transformation of commercial business processes? Do you have a knack for translating complex challenges into simple solutions? Then we would certainly like to connect with you, as we are looking for someone just like you to join our pharma and life sciences consultancy team.

Your skills include

• 
  Customer centricity and customer experience are engrained in everything you do.
• You have a passion for improving business processes and designing solutions that make life easier for internal and external stakeholders
• You are very familiar with the unique commercial business processes in pharma and life sciences and worked directly with commercial and IT departments in one or more pharma companies for the last 5+ years
• You have deep functional expertise in one or more CRM or Customer Engagement related products, preferably Salesforce.com, Veeva or IQVIA
• You feel confident in working directly with commercial business partners to define, design and implement processes and solutions in line with business priorities
• You are a strategic thinker, with strong analytical, problem solving and investigative skills
• You are a true partner with your colleagues and customers, aiming to maximize value for all.
• You are driven, motivated, passionate, and committed
• You are fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are an asset.
