Function

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated project professional who will master and support the project lifecycle of a large Portofolio, Program & Project Management Office (PMO). The Portofolio Manager will be the key player in creating a project management culture, in particular by developing the level of maturity and autonomy of project resources at all levels of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leading project-level reviews (monthly project boards to update the Lutosa Leadership Team on project statuses (including gate reviews), optimizing standards/PMO Processes & methodologies to ensure consistent project delivery;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and implement best practices;
• Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with Lutosa's 2030 strategy;
• Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines and ensure that all projects adhere to company quality standards and requirements;
• Implement and monitor quality processes to maintain high standards of project delivery;
• Collaborate and regulary communicate with key stakeholders, including international teams and Project/CAPEX controller;
• Develop and standardize the project management methodology, implement the project manager toolkit and ongoing training programs to keep the project management team up-to-date;
• Identify the skills gap and define the necessary training to provide stakeholders with all the keys to success.

Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated project professional!
Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related field;
• The Portofolio Management Professional designation or P3O certification is highly desirable;
• Project Management Professional designation or Prince 2 certification considered a strong asset;
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 5 years in a managerial PMO capacity in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate, grow and guide a diverse Team;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectievely with stakeholders in a matrix environment at all levels;
• Experience in operational excellence and structured problem-solving methodologies;
