As we rapidly expand, we seek a Product Manager who will be instrumental in shaping our product and leading our team to success.
Function Description:
As a Product Manager, your primary mission is to drive the development and continuous enhancement of our psychometric tests while leading a team of dedicated psychologists. Your contributions will be essential in driving our company’s growth and solidifying our position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:

• Continuously improve existing psychometric tests and develop new ones to expand our product portfolio, ensuring they meet international standards and evolving market needs.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine and implement the product roadmap, aligning it with the company’s strategic vision and customer needs.

• Collaborate with the IT development team and with the Head Product Manager to ensure the product requirements are aligned.

Team Leadership:

• Guide and mentor a team of psychologists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Partnerships and Market Insights:

• Forge new strategic partnerships with academic and industrial institutions, driving ongoing product innovation and improvement.

• Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments and inform product strategy.

Requirements:
Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in economics, HR, psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role, preferably within a product or HR environment.

• Proven experience in product management and/or recruitment is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership: A track record of leading teams to achieve ambitious goals, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Project Management: Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

• Market Awareness: Strong understanding of HR recruitment trends, with the ability to anticipate market needs and adjust product offerings accordingly.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English or French and English. Fluency in all three languages is an advantage.
