Our Customised Executive Education team, responsible for tailor-made B2B learning journeys, is looking for an enthusiastic Programme Coordinator!

Your mission

• Be the central host for our participants and make sure they have a great Vlerick learning experience; professionally welcoming, supporting and guiding them during their entire journey and adding an occasional energy boost to keep them going.
• Come up with and take the stage during (inter)active moments for reflection and putting knowledge into action.
• Provide an authentic, warm, and customer-centric service to participants during their online and/or face-to-face learning journey.
• Be the SPOC towards internal stakeholders such as operations, catering, faculty, and administrative support. You are a star at solving problems with a smile.
• Facilitate and engage in networking moments and evening activities.
• Get involved in the delivery of programmes on our 3 campuses (Ghent-Brussels-Leuven) and 3rd party locations in Belgium, abroad and online.

You

• Are happiest in (front of) a group. Public speaking, both on- and offline, is something you really enjoy doing.
• Have a keen interest in group dynamics and didactics and want to become an expert facilitator that knows how to energize people during their learning journey and facilitates putting knowledge into action.
• Have a customer-oriented, hands-on, and problem-solving attitude.
• Are a fluent and enthusiastic communicator and a real storyteller. Painting a picture and engaging people with your words gives you energy.
• Are fluent in English and Dutch.
• Can work independently and have a focus on continuous improvement.
• Embrace the use of video conferencing tools (such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams) and stay up to date on the latest evolutions and updates that these solutions offer.
• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Don’t mind flexible working hours and locations. You look forward to joining participants during evening and occasional weekend activities and travelling in Belgium (being located close to Antwerp would be a plus) and abroad.
