As part of the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) team, you will be supporting the Consulting /Technology & Transformation practice in Belgium. You will be part of the Operations team and support in managing quality and risk. Within QRM, we use our skills and experience across a variety of disciplines to support and enable our practitioners to deliver high quality services and acting as custodians of risk, quality and reputation.

As QRM administrator, you will be mainly involved in the support of Quality and Risk Management processes.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Support practitioners with various QRM related queries (e.g. opportunity creation, assistance to the finance department; QRM processes and procedures, QRM related tools etc.);
• Screen contracts for correct filing in contract database and keep the database up-to-date;
• Assist in delivery of QRM trainings;
• Verify and monitor compliance with QRM policies & procedures and prepare updates for reporting purposes;
• Maintain the QRM intranet site by updating the existing content and create Share Point sites based on business needs;
• Work closely with the Operations team members and participate in various QRM meetings.

Education and experience:

• Professional Bachelor preferably in Business Management or Finance;
• Initial experience of 1-5 years.

Skills:

• Accurate, analytical, hands-on and solution oriented;
• Fluent communication skills in English and Dutch or French is a must; Dutch would be preferred. Any other language would be a plus;
• Good command of MS Office applications; Share Point knowledge is a big plus;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, self-reliant and self-responsible, know to seek help when needed;
• Being a good team player, assertive, communicative, flexible is key as well as ability to build good relationships in an international environment with various stakeholders.
