About the job
Your main mission as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Junior Sales Dutch is to:
- Prospect using available resources (data base, social selling, social networks, etc.) to identify new prospects and develop lead generation;
- Contact identified prospects through Outbound campaigns (Cold Calling and/or emailing, etc.);
- Handle Inbound leads with the aim of qualifying them;
- Qualify leads: identify needs, present the company, product/service, respond to objections, give demos, etc.;
- Pass qualified leads to Account Executives to move them forward in the sales cycle, from client meetings to closing;
- Find creative approaches to reach out to prospects;
- Understand the key benefits of the platform to easily identify prospects' needs and highlight the added value of our tool;
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings with Business Developers;
- Dedicate time each week to your personal training program;
- Progress in your role by following the Sales Graduate Program;
- Provide field feedback to the marketing analyst to adjust marketing campaigns;
- Organize briefing sessions with Business Developers on qualified prospects to advance further in the sales process.
About the Sales Graduate Program: As an SDR, you will be part of the "Youth Sales Graduate Program." This program is a career path designed for young talents:
- Onboarding / first step as SDR --> 3 months
- Sales Development Representative --> 9 months
- Senior SDR
- Junior Business Developer
- Junior Customer Manager

- You have good writing skills.
- You are professional and organized.

- You hold a bachelor's degree. A master's degree is a plus.
- You have a strong interest in finance and fintech.
- You speak fluent Dutch with a good command of English. French is a must
