- Data Cleaning and Processing: cleaning and processing large volumes of Excel files from multiple distributors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our sales data and potentially automating over time.
- Commission Calculation: Accurately calculate commissions for our sales team based on established rules and guidelines.
- Internal Audit and Control: Assist in building up our internal audit processes, ensuring compliance with sales rules and guidelines, and identifying areas for improvement.

Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing valuable business insights to support decision-making. This requires business acumen to understand the context behind the data and identify potential issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g, Excel, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
