Position: Senior Java Developer (FR or NL + EN)
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office)
Languages Required: French OR Dutch + English

Technical and Soft Skills

10 years of work experience in Java SE and Java EE.

Experience with Quartkus (at least 1 year)

3 years minumum proven experience with Open Shift or Docker, and Kubernetes.

Expertise in other tools like:

SQL, and PL/SQL.
Design patterns, MVC, and hexagonal architecture.
CI tools like Maven, Jenkins
JUnit and Cucumber for testing
Debugging tools such as Sonar Qube and Jacoco.
REST, JPA (Hibernate), CDI, and JMS.

Preferable Skills

Knowledge of Quarkus and Jakarta.
Proficiency in Bash/Linux for scripting and managing development environments.
Experience in health insurance sector (health-related projects, particularly for healthcare funds)
Familiarity with JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for API security management.
