• Comprehensive service for customers (deals, orders, inventories, inquiries)
• Collection and distribution of market, product, and customer information
• Management of order processing, follow up of customer order inflow, allocations, forecast process
• Follow up of invoicing and documentation for EMEIA & overseas markets
• Acting in sales role when appropriate
• Performing other tasks assigned by the manager, which fit to the current professional position

• You have customer and service-oriented mind-set with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• You are fluent in both Turkish and English. Any other European language is considered an asset
• You have experience in handling documentation with overseas markets
• You have experience with container shipments and deep sea freights
• You have selling skills, proactive approach and accuracy with numbers
• You have knowledge of IT- and e-business tools
• You enjoy working both individually and as a part of a team
• You are accurate, have attention to details and are able to work effectively even in a time-sensitive setting
• You have ideally SAP knowledge base, professional education in a relevant field and 1- 3 years of working experience in customer service or similar tasks
