We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Manager to join our team and oversee and drive the organization’s talent management strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy and organizational goals.
As a Talent Manager, within the HR Team you will be responsible for recruitment, learning and development, coaching, leadership development, talent management, performance management, and succession planning. You will lead a team of recruitment and talent professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, recruitment, and learning & development. Thorough knowledge of at least 2 subdomains.
• Proven experience in leadership roles, managing teams, and driving HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong business orientation and understanding of elementary business processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
