Five years ago, we launched a new Talent Acquisition Strategy. We insourced all our recruitment activities by developing a dedicated Talent Acquisition team.
We are looking for a passionate Intern for Talent Acquisition with a focus on recruitment improvement projects and supporting the Talent Acquisition team as of September 2024.

Your Position
As a Talent Acquisition & Management intern, you will have the opportunity to fully participate on the whole recruitment process, from ideas generating until effective developments.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with the sourcing for current open roles via different channels (DP database & Linked In), planning, meeting preparation, and contact with hiring managers;
- Provide overall support to the Talent Acquisition team by working on different recruitment improvement projects;
- Reviewing Internship Descriptions;
- Screening applications of candidates for junior positions (internships);
- Assisting Talent Acquisition Officer in conducting interviews;
- Drafting individual reports/feedback for interviewed candidates;
- Following-up with candidates and hiring managers at different stages of the recruitment process;
- Assisting Talent Acquisition Officer with setup of contracts and onboarding of candidates;
- Following up with interns during the entire internship according to internal Talent Management Process.
Your Profile
- You hold or are currently pursuing a Master in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources or even a totally different education with an interest in Human Resources;
- You have an excellent command of English, and are fluent in French and/or Dutch;
- You are an enthusiast and creative person with a critical mind;
- You are a fast learner with a conceptual mind and excellent organizational skills;
- You are innovative, able to multitask and willing to overcome challenges;
- You have great attention to detail and are a dot-connector: you are innovative and willing to overcome challenges ;
- Team spirit is in your DNA, and you like to work in a dynamic team in a challenging environment.
