About the Role:
As a Brand Ambassador Team Leader at Odity, you will take on a pivotal role in leading and guiding our Brand Ambassadors, bridging the gap between our company and our customers. Your fluency in your language, along with proficiency in French, and Dutch, will enable you to provide top-tier support, resolve inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of Brand Ambassadors, serving as their primary point of contact for guidance and support.
- Utilize your language proficiency to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service through your team.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure the team's success.
- Fluent in French and Dutch to engage effectively with our diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster strong customer relationships.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred, with demonstrated leadership abilities - a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their language proficiency, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
- Use data analysis to make informed decisions and drive improvements in the customer service department in tight collaboration with the leadership team.
- A vibrant and inclusive work environment centrally located in Brussels.
- Competitive salary starting from €3.000 per month,
- Permanent Contract - CDI
