You pick up the role of an enthusiastic and dedicated ‘Team Assistant’ to provide the support team with a smooth and correct accomplishment of your secretary work in our head office in Diegem.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Management of agendas (planning and organization of meetings and booking of meeting rooms);
- Assistance of the team in managing workload and ad hoc priorities;
- Preparation of invitations, visuals, mailings, attendance lists, etc.;
- Attendance during meetings: making reports, collection and preparation of documents;
- Management of electronic filing database, updating and completing Excel lists;
- Printing, binding and lay-out of documents;
- Follow-up during holidays of colleagues;
- Helping out with a variety of administrative tasks when needed.
Your Profile
You have:
- A Bachelor or a Master degree in Office Management, Languages, Administration or any other relevant field;
- Professional experience in a complex & international company is a plus;
- Eagerness to learn and understand the administrative processes;
- An excellent level of Dutch, French and English (spoken and written);
- A thorough command of MS Office;
- Great team player skills, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A proactive attitude by providing timely progress reports and updates on tasks and action items;
- The skills to multitask, prioritize demands and take initiatives;
- A professional behavior, ethical standards, flexibility, discretion and confidentiality;
- Finally, but not lastly, you have strong organizational skills.
