Tasks

Your tasks:

• First point of contact for customers and those interested in purchasing windows and doors online via our Belgian online shop
• Answer inquiries by phone, email and live chat
• Process orders and provide customer support throughout the entire order lifecycle
• Handle questions, returns and complaints
• Communicate with external partners, service providers and suppliers
• Work closely with the Business Development and Logistics departments

Requirements

Your profile:

• Have a technical background in the window industry or be a state-certified woodworker, master glazier or window technician
• Experience in window construction or the window trade required
• Fluent in French and/or Flemish (native or C2 level) with good command of English
• Strong communication skills with a talent for organization
• Be a reliable team player who works well under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
