Who are we?


EGLF Engineering is a company specialized in the design of electronic equipment used in the
transport sector: train, tramway, automotive, public transport, signaling, …

We are partner of some major industrial actors, as well as fleet operators or infrastructure
operators. Our activities are mainly located in Belgium, but we are regularly involved in mission
across the rest of Europe.

Technical Projects Officer
Profile


Master’s degree in engineering or similar.
More than 10 years in electronic products in Transport or industrial field
Experience in Project Scheduling and Risk/Opportunity Management
Confirmed Experience with electronic design and/or embedded software development
A full proficient use of English is mandatory. Fluency in French and/or Dutch is
appreciated.

Function:
As a Technical project Officer, your mission will be to lead technical projects. It will include the
management of several teams and suppliers involved in the different activities of definition,
design, development, verification and validation of transport electronic products.

It means:
You will be fully responsible to execute multiple technical projects
You will maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules.
You will organize the activities of the internal technical teams
You will be the interface between technical teams and the management team
You will be part of the management team of the company.
You will report to the company director.
You will ensure that project deadlines are met.
You will ensure the project execution in line with company defined process.
You will ensure that all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
You will assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
