• Providing expert technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and new product introductions, ensuring alignment with our commercial strategy.
• Conducting lab activities and customer trials to validate new technology developments and assess product feasibility.
• Performing material testing based on specific customer requests and guiding them through the product validation process.
• Accurately and efficiently reporting your activities using business tools like C4C, Power Point, Excel.
• Preparing and updating product datasheets as needed to ensure customers have the latest information.
• Working closely with the Quality department to manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Expanding your technical knowledge and contributing to the global sharing of expertise in both products and processing technologies.
• Staying informed on market trends and the competitive landscape to provide customers with optimal solutions and identify new business opportunities.

• Master’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in PU Elastomers and/or thermoplastics/polymer chemistry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, independent work ethic, and the ability to make bold decisions in alignment with business strategies.
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and organizational levels, both within Huntsman and our customers.
• Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in German and/or Italian desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time across Europe.
