We are currently seeking a driven Testing Specialist with a solid background in insurance to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of digital development by conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing and translating client needs into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: €3.500,00 - €5.000,00 per month

- Develop and implement effective testing strategies to uphold the quality of our clients' digital initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify their requirements and translate them into user-centric test scripts.
- Lead or participate in teams to execute end-to-end application testing processes.
- Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, across various functional domains.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including at least 2 years in testing roles. Specific experience in life insurance is highly valued.
- Proficiency in utilizing testing tools like Jira or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in both French and English is required, with Dutch language skills considered a plus.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with exceptional communication abilities.
