Are you passionate about ensuring the quality of digital solutions in the insurance industry? We’re looking for a Testing Specialist with a strong background in insurance to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in guaranteeing that our clients’ digital initiatives meet the highest standards through comprehensive, end-to-end testing.
What You’ll Do:

• Develop Testing Strategies: Design and implement robust testing strategies to ensure the quality of digital products for leading insurers.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into user-focused test scripts and actionable strategies.
• End-to-End Testing: Lead or contribute to teams executing full-cycle application testing, from planning to execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders across various functional domains to ensure smooth collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Insurance Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on testing for at least 2 years. Experience in life insurance is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Testing Tools: Familiarity with testing platforms like Jira or similar tools.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in French and English is a must; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
• Effective Communicator: Able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Proactive and Results-Oriented: A hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivering results and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Adaptable and Eager to Learn: Thrives in a dynamic environment with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
