Senior Test Lead – Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:Testing Coordination & Execution:
- Test strategy development: Define and implement test strategies at Epic and feature levels, using a risk-based approach.
- Test preparation: Identify test environment and data needs; ensure test plans and scripts align with standards and IT strategy.
- Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with Epic Delivery Owners and users to plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Execution and oversight: Lead testing activities, monitor progress, and ensure test deliverables meet quality standards.
- Validation: Ensure product design documentation is clear, testable, and aligned with requirements.
- Issue resolution: Act as the primary contact for resolving critical issues and ensuring all tests are completed successfully.
- Progress monitoring: Track, control, and report on test progress, producing test summary reports.
- Deployment: Support deployment preparation and execution in Pre-Production and Production environments, ensuring readiness through the warranty period.
- Decision support: Contribute to Go/No-Go meetings with relevant test outcome data and insights.
- Testing experience: Proficient in functional, performance, security, and user acceptance testing with at least 2 years of experience on complex projects.
- Systems knowledge: Familiarity with cloud, on-premises solutions, and Agile methodologies.
- Analytical skills: Ability to create detailed test plans, assess risks, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Cybersecurity understanding: Knowledge of key security domains, such as identity management, network security, and data protection.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work with both business and technical teams.
- Problem-solving: Able to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
