We are currently seeking a driven Testing Specialist with a solid background in insurance to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of digital development by conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing and translating client needs into actionable strategies.

- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to identify their requirements and translate them into user-centric test scripts.
- Application Testing: Lead or participate in teams to execute end-to-end application testing processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, across various functional domains.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including at least 2 years in testing roles. Specific experience in life insurance is highly valued.
- Testing Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in utilizing testing tools like Jira or equivalent platforms.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English is required, with Dutch language skills considered a plus.
- Approach: Proactive, results-oriented approach with exceptional communication abilities.
- Adaptability: Flexible, adaptable, and driven by a passion for learning and customer satisfaction.
