- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff (organisation, planification, co-animation,...)
- Assist in creating training materials and resources for use in training sessions, both live and virtually.
- Assist in animating products for the client advisors to boost the sales (manage orders, animate the products with the collaboration of the product experts,...)
- Be the back up of our Knowledge coordinator (upload and create content on our Sharepoint and Knowledge tool in collaboration with our Knowledge coordinator)
- Assist in elaborating action plans based on the Maison’s priorities in collaboration with the other departments.
- Adapt tools & content according to strategy and priorities.
- Bachelor or master’s internship. Internship agreement from school required. The internship is only possible with the internship agreement or a Belgian CIP agreement.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills (Power Point, Canvas, Sharepoint knowledge is a plus).
- Extensive communication, presentation, and advanced organizational skills; ownership.
- Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.
- Proactive and people oriented.
- Service minded and a team player.
- Start Date: Internship starting in September 2024 for 6 months.
- Location: Louis Vuitton Client Services Europe (Brussels, Belgium)
- Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities or Belgian CIP (Convention d'immersion pro).
