We currently have a vacancy for a Web Operations Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:
- Creation and management of wiki, collaborative sites and content management systems in general;
- Guidance and support users in the usage of wikis, collaborative sites and CMS;
- Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of the collaboration spaces (confluence, Share Point, CMS, M365/Teams, or within other custom Information systems);
- Provide administration of web sites, management of web pages as well as creation and maintenance of site topologies;
- Technical analysis of the business requirements in view of providing an adequate solution within the platforms available;
- Frequent review of existing platform usage, correcting misalignments, while coordination with the space users.
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 9 years;
- Good knowledge of web environment;
- Good knowledge of wiki and collaborative sites;
- Good knowledge of Confluence wikis and its content administration;
- Good knowledge of Share Point sites and its content administration;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its content administration;
- Good knowledge of translation tools (such as Trados);
- Knowledge of AI tools related to automated translation;
- Experience with end-user guidance;
- Knowledge of business process analysis;
- Awareness of software development and service methodologies (Agile, ITIL);
- Excellent command of the English language.
