As an Operations Controller, part of the wider global Billing team, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing processes across multiple regions, while managing billing validation requests and resolving any disputes. You will help maintain operational excellence, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to achieve Axpo's financial goals.
What you will do:

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for contracts in France, Belgium, Netherlands, with potential expansion.
• Manage booking and validation requests, especially price fixings, ensuring same-day processing.
• Oversee data collection, reconciliation, invoice preparation, and coordination.
• Resolve billing disputes and inquiries as the primary contact for clients.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing lifecycle for customers, counterparties, and TSOs/DSOs.
• Support junior team members and contribute to process documentation.

What you bring & who you are:

• Education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in energy trading or sales.
• Business fluent in English; French or Dutch are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Gas and Power markets across FR/BE/NL region.
• Strong organizational skills, customer-focused, and effective under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
