- Overseeing and managing various aftersales projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to executives, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
- Assisting in the preparation of executive materials for both global and Americas regions.
- Acting as the Project Management Office (PMO) for aftersales initiatives across different LATAM markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Cascading and planning the company's AS strategy in alignment with global and Americas directives.
- Developing and implementing plans that address immediate needs, mid-term goals, and long-term objectives to ensure sustainable growth and success of LATAM AS markets.
- Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify new AS business opportunities and trends.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Overseeing budget allocation and ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
- Tracking and evaluating the performance of AS initiatives to ensure they meet the set objectives and deliver value.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve AS services and identify new opportunities.
- Developing strategies to enhance post-sales services and customer satisfaction.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, and solid knowledge in aftersales business.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge in strategic planning and initiative execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AS processes and customer service improvement.
